Facilities: Beds, laundry machines, hygiene products, three meals a day, and support from staff.
Program Lounge: Normally available for relaxation, job search, and 12-step meetings, but currently closed due to the COVID pandemic.
Capacity: Reduced to 15 beds due to the pandemic.
Residential Unit (2nd Floor):
Location: Downtown Regina, 25-bed residence for males.
Facilities: Air-conditioned, wheelchair accessible, close to public transport and amenities.
Services: 24-hour security, hygiene products, common washrooms, assigned caseworker, referral services, spiritual care, medication administration, private rooms, and financial management assistance.
Accommodation: Long-term and short-term, with a maximum stay of two years (exceptions possible).
Waterston House:
Location: 1865 Osler Street, downtown Regina.
Facilities: 40-suite apartment complex for marginalized and low-income men, fully accessible, equipped with kitchen and bathroom facilities, built-in bed, cable-ready, and laundry machines on each floor.
Services: Meals available at Waterston Centre, home care services, and secure entry with intercom and mail delivery.

Process: Applications through Waterston Centre caseworkers, tenancy agreement required, rent based on income level.
